These stretches are for domestic work such as washing dishes, vacuuming, cleaning and general home duties. Domestic work is most demanding on the muscles of the shoulders, upper thoracic and lower lumbar spine. It places some demand on the hips, arms, forearms, hands and feet.

Domestic work involves head, cervical, thoracic and lumbar flexion and extension, sacroiliac flexion and extension, scapula retraction and protraction, shoulder flexion and extension, elbow flexion, extension, supination and pronation, wrist flexion and extension, finger flexion and extension, hip flexion and extension and knee flexion and extension.
