Hockey, also known as field hockey is a sport where two teams attempt to manoeuvre a ball into the opponent’s goal using a hockey stick. Each team contains eleven players including the goalie. Goal keepers are the only players allowed to touch the ball with any part of their body. The field players must use the flat side of their wood or fiber glass hockey sticks to hit the hard rubber ball.
